Tracking your order

When your order leaves our distribution center, we will send you an email to let you know it is on the way. Tracking is available on all deliveries.

If you provide a mobile phone number when ordering, we’ll send you a text message too.

If you signed-up for an account with us you can track your order online within My Account. Sign-in and My Account links can be found at the very top of this page.

Only orders placed after an account has been created can be tracked online.

Where is my order?

We inform all our customers by email at each step of their order’s journey.
Checking information in these emails is the quickest way for you to find out the status of your order.

How to find information about your order

  • Delivery and collection time estimates
    You can find this in our Order Confirmation email. If the estimated date has not yet passed please do not contact us as our Customer Care team will be unable to help you.
  • Courier information and tracking links
    This is sent in our order Despatched email. This email is sent went orders leave our warehouse with the courier. Tracking links can only be provided where the courier can provide the service.
  • When orders are ready for collection
    When Collect from Store orders are ready to be collected we send an email to let you know and to remind you of the details of the store where your order is being held.
